Today there was a player called Bar-B-Q online and said he is the creator of Ramelle (by the way german radio binds and !located in Germany). He said "because next week comes Ramelle 2 Beta 1 with Urban Terror 4.2" ... I'm ot sure if and why I should belive this.

I dont think so, animations arent finished and the quality assurance cant be already satisfied. They added a bunch of new stuff, so this will take a while...

I understand this sentence as "next week comes ramelle 2 beta 1 which will be included in UrT 4.2", like kingdom_rc4 could be for example. Maybe it's him, even if on the official forum he is considered as a "former member".
