my res:
desktop 1600x1200@85hz
ingame 640x480@150hz
(but what are these specs for anyway?)

i meant i use:
/bind alt "toggle cg_drawteamoverlay"

Got a good old CRT? On my laptop's LCD anything non-maximum resolution looks horrible.

jup, its an old crt with decent specs, that still has accurate colors. (black is still black, and not grey...)


i'd love to, nothing better than vsync working without lags.

but using vsync while not having rock-solid ingame fps just makes matters worse.

I have only 1280x1024 @ 60HZ with vsync....

I've never ever used vsync, it somehow frightens me, it's hard to explain.

I am currently considering plugging a CRT into my laptop as they cause less eye strain and they don't cause headaches just because you used your computer for over 12 hours straight.
