Yeah, we voted. 5 votes were cast, and some admins said they don't want to know. But we all decided that we don't know you well (kills mean nothing here) since you rarely come to forum, i've never seen you on mumble and you rarely talk. Try improving your teamwork and try to socialize a bit, i'm sure you'll became at least mod one day.

And AFAIK, everybody can become cheer-leader

Reminder to everyone if you are in this case and you need a fast ban :
- try IRC : serveur quakenet.org, channel #dswp, then slap the idling admins
- try mumble : murmurinfo.php and join the channel where admins are talking
