There are some moments i would like to say "sure, this is wallhack" but in the next second he gets fragged by a player he must have seen with hack.

Maybe some buggy wallhack :). But what's the probability of aiming through the wall straight onto an enemy. Yet, like said above, sometimes doesn't notice what should have been noticed. Maybe he's being distracted by observing his score?

To be honest, i was just specting for a while, and then he was aiming at wall, and not seeing people coming from stairs, and i'd say he was looking through wall and was to occupied with that so he didn't see people on right. But when natirips said he's tracking people behind wall i banned him.
