Anyway, Comsa wasn't baned for cheating, he was baned for insulting admin. I, or any other admin never found that he cheated, so we can't ban him for that. Before baning cheater we always record demo as a proof. That is NOT case when somebody is insulting admin and/or any other players, or when somebody does tk and/or tb constantly.

And yes, he's baned only from this server, so he still can play Urban Terror on other servers.
