For the future.
If you want to kick somebody just type !kick [part of Playername/PlayerID] [reason] (for example !kick Core aimbot)

And if you want to tempban somebody type !tempban [part of Playername/PlayerID] [time/1m,1h,1d] [reason] (for Example !tempban core 1d aimbot)

I believe !help command would help you. Helped me a lot. It lists you commands you can use, after that "!help command" to get what does that command do.
