I have watched demo and seems you dont know some nice knife tricks.

And knife cup is every one month. So dont be sad, you will maybe have better chances next year.

well those tricks are cool (every trick is), he is good I imagine how good he would be with few of them.

Yeah i know only how to slice automatic from back (or from side), not face to face against pro's.
