This is the same thing that happened more then 10 years ago to UrT's ancestor, Q3 and the hell lot of other games as well. You won't be able to buy the game in a store, you are not allowed to advertise it (both only for public stores/mediums if it requires you to be 18 it's fine). Maybe urbanterror.info won't be accessible from schools, but that's about the hardest impact I can think of.

If everything else falls, and if they fully forbid Urban Terror hostin in Germany, in Croatia you can host whatever you want (maybe you can't host child pornogrphy) But gameserver for sure, even if it's forbiden, our cops don't care.

Well, they can forbid the site in schools. They can restrict the game in Germany, like Q3. It's easier then reform the school system and develop programs against youth criminals.
Then some party can say afterwards, that they have done something nice for children!
But in fact they just failed, they wasted money and hours of work.

I played Q3 on Monday in my school, since I found it installed on PC.
Last year director have forbidden to install games (especially Q3 and War Craft 3). They restricted access to C: on almost all computers in the school, but you simple create a shortcut to C:, copy and access the *.exe of game.
The teacher isn't a bad man, but he studied economy and works as informatics teacher now. To explain what are classes in Java with examples of cows, humans, cars and swearing on Java over 2 hours just fool you. To not hear is the best you could have do in this hours. The state shouldn't waste money on restrictions, for example some teachers need training more.

Q3 in school?
Best we could come up with is CS 1.6
We got a 500+gb server for all classes, and everyone has write acess to it, so its a big mess and a nice dump for games.
Although our PCs are that crappy you cant play anything on them...

Against boredom in computer science I put Netbeans IDE and some SVN client on my usb drive, so I can continue my personal projects

We played Unreal Tournament Classic in elementray school, now we he restricted "computers" fully independent on server. Do you belive we're not allowed to press right click on PC (they are disabled)? Since those "PC's" don't have graphic cars and HD we can't play games better than visualboy advanced emulator Friend managed to put PS1 emulator too.
