ofcause there are issues, but not with running a virtual machince or 2 while playing UT
its soo sweet to have enough RAM

what is use of RAM if windows don't use them at all..... Before i switched to ubuntu i was looking how windows behave: they use all SWAP you give to them, create files (like System volume information) up to few GB, and leave RAM "untouched". My memory was always unused. And now i have ubuntu which use all what i give to him
