it's excessive mod, the only thing I dislike is the underskill on the server. A forked UrT would require a third server, I think the two we have should stay "vanilla" (apart from 64 slot binary xD)

That would be absolutely pointless If your stamina doesn't go down while you move and you don't need stamina while standing, you can run nonstop. It's just the same as if you have unlimited stamina
...or I'm the only one that didn't see the irony in there

Anti camping.... Campers are out of stamina, players who move (me) always have it.

Actually, I always have the feeling that the player unhits more often and loses health faster when their stamina is lower. I could be very well wrong, but that's a feeling I have very often... Whenever my stamina is low I die faster and usually the opponent has 100% health. but when it's high, I sometimes even score a frag .
