I watched it with 0.1, 0.3, and 1.0. I tend to say he's
botting, but I'm unsure. The demo is too short (for me)
to reliably determine if he's cheating or not.

I de-activated the tempban and put this guy to the
follow list. I'm eager to see him return and being
watched. :-]

HINT (didn't know that before, just tried): I added him
to the follow list like this:
- Look up his client ID on Echelon (@368415)
- Go to the game and say "!follow @368415"
