And if you do a reverse lookup of their IP, it does not
look like a proxy, but like a "personal" IP address.

Still, you can't be sure if someone didn't share this
IP address with other people (commune, dorm, ...).

Only for pizza and pizzs the probability that it's one and
the same person is high enough to justify a ban (IMHO).

Banned MeganX3 (and the other two accounts) for
90 days.
