ftps, do you mean frame per second ? 6 is very low... When you play in the morning, I guess there are few players on the server, which greatly impacts FPS.

However I don't know if you have tried to tweak your urt config to improve the framerate. Some tutorials on the web explain how to do that (I don't remember if Steve has written a tuto about optimization, amongst his many tutorials )
