Seems to use wallhack (and maybe aimbot), see attached demo.

Disconnected before I could spec and demo some more and then ban him
(after I was sure enough).

well very short demo though, but it shows enough to ban him:
clear aimbot+wallhack
at the beginning of the demo you can see the snaps clearly
after that he turned it off (at the spawn) but the wallhack is running the whole time anyway

Ye, looks like wallhack, but in my opinion unfortunately too short for a clear ban... any other thoughts?

snaps are weird -> he is no snapping on enemies..

But the first 5 seconds -> he started shooting from behind the corner before he saw the enemy aiming exactly at him.
