bd: camp

Ive just now banned bd for a month since he was camping his little radio room on suburbs for the zillionth time. Last time I warned him there he would get a year long ban if I saw him camping like he usually does, at that spot.
Ive warned him zillion of times, he deserves this. Much longer in my opinion but hey, it's not my server
