A shoutout to the dswp programmers

Postby ZiggyStardust » 08.01.13

Hey guys!
Long time no see! (the server is empty in the mornings often now :/ )

There is some impressive work done on dswp.de & the UrT plugins and I'm curious of who has done what.

The reason is that we've been running a software company for nine years in Sweden and I remembered that I was impressed with the productivity you guys have shown in creating dswp.de & UrT-plugins, so I thought about looking into ways of cooperating professionally.

I hope to hear from you and get a heads up on what you have done :)

Take care guys :)

If you scroll down a bit you can see a good portion of who did what.

natirips and havoc, yay! nice to see you guys here!
What are your main game these days?
I'm a bit embarrassed that I missed the credits on the bottom of the page, please don't tell anyone

It seems like xlr8or has got a good thing going with XLRstats.
He's got a beautiful website too... psst... are you there xlr8or? =)

In retrospect, I feel that my inquiry was quite a long shot
But to clarify, we are running a web company and we wanna expand to a foreign market, we are looking for a contact, a driven person, preferably with skills in at least HTML =)

I didn't mean to advertise here. It just hit me that I find many of the wurst-players very sympathic :).

What are you guys working with & when can I see you online =)

http://www.dswp.de/old/wiki/doku.php/start

at DSWP projects & coding ;)

And credit for the nice cleaned wiki probably goes to JRandom I assume.
Credit for some unmentioned B3 plugins and modifications go to Pirat.

Hey guys!
Long time no see! (the server is empty in the mornings often now :/ )

We are trying to get it full again:
http://www.dswp.de/old/huhuuuuu/get-the-empty-server-full-t7354.html

19.00-22.00pm (CET +2.00 Though that probably should not matter for someone in Sweden I guess.)

EDIT:
preferably with skills in at least HTML =)

Well that wont be to hard to find I hope :D

I am just curious: What company is it and what kind of software do you produce? :)

zietsh:
We have created our own website management software to help our customers update and control their websites while we help them design and expand. Our customers get a login and can edit the contents of the webpage while we take care of everything else, like domains, hosting and updates.

Good idea with to repopulate the server by setting a time, I'll join in as often as i can, sweden is +2 CET too :)

Just kidding, hi from Blekinge, eXtr33m, are you working in a big company? Do you work with SEO, webdesign or services?

We are working with design and SEO mostly :)

hey, 10x for the respect, rare to see such in hard times.

in the end of the year the 4.1 masters will be switched off, what will hopefully re-unificate players.
else, everything done is useless (exept the nice time for sure...)

@jobs
sure theres some guys who code in real life, nice that u lookup this place.
let me recommend ana, i saw her getting into typo3 in 6 weeks. shes fit with cross browser issues and seo, coding php more or less used-to. she has learned journalism and has expirience with pr, shes in germany.
second would be havoc, hes to be forced to have an eu fat number :b
if u need some rackspace and/or servers: ask wursti, he can check whatever hardware u want and connect it @ de-cix for ok price.
u would have to own at least one server but it could be even toaster form factor. he even has a bunch of IP4 left i think.
html ist not what he wants want to do, hes just using it to output some stuffs...

Hey Wurst!
I feel quite stupid, but I'm confused are you wurst & wursti, is there a Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde thing going on? :)

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the 4.1 switch off will inject new blood into the wurst community!
If not, maybe we could make a collective switch to another game, would be a shame to see such a nice community die out with the game.

Thank you for the tip, I'll drop Ana a line, we have a potential customer in Germany =)

I will keep the hosting idea in mind if we need to expand to new servers or services.
