new b3 command "!admin <reason>"

today I finished and uploaded a new plugin on all dswp servers, with !admin (or !a in short) you can send a message which will be spammed to all admins, or in case none is around shown on our IRC channel, please note that spam and abuse will be punished and might lead to a ban.

Example:
!admin XYUnknown is using an aimbot
!admin StupidNoob is blocking the first jump

(latter example would be a possible scenario on the jump server)
Please still record demos and check if an admin is already ingame, try getting his attention first (by talking not tking or whatever ;))

Maybe modify it, so it checks first whether admins are ingame, if they are, they get the message only. If nobody is, it will be sent to IRC. Otherwise I can imagine people joining the server to solve an issue but an admin online has seen it already and solved it before the IRC admin even connects?
Nevertheless, I really like the idea.

Great good job. I was wondering what was this plugin called "notifyirc"
+1 to XTJ's idea about pming ingame admins first.
What about a !cheater command also sending slot/client ID/GUID/... ?
Seems the B3 wiki page has to be updated =)
