B3 warnings sent in PM instead of broadcasted to everyone?

I don't know when this happened (I have recently come back from a long UrT break) but it seems B3 sends now every warning to the whole game. Not only does this spam the chat, but during the server peak hours, there are so many warnings issued to the players that you don't pay attention to them (and incidentally, to those that are addressed to you) any more. And then I get sad for getting temp-banned for excessive team killing while I wasn't even aware of it. My suggestion would be to make it as it was done before.

Let me reiterate this request. I don't see how players can read their warnings, there are just so many that are broadcast when the server has many players (be it only about TK's).
