Felix: there are certain situations where a cyclemap vote is passed, I.E. when there are only mods in the server and the current map is CRAP. So that's when the vote has a chance, if the situation is any different then dont even bother voting heh.
So, with a little common sense, u can easily figure out if a vote has a chance, and why most of the votes dont. And just accept that.
