Hey, you can´t register in Forums for 1 Reason:
We never seen u ingame.

HOW YOU CAN HELP YOURSELF


--> Goto urbanterror.info and download URT
--> Install/Start the game
--> Connect to one of the gameservers that u see in the right (e.g. "/connect dswp.de:22227" in console)
--> Come back here and try again.
--> If you still have problems: Check irc #dswp in quakenet, maybe think about switching off your proxy. (:
