Spectate time limit

hey friends, is there any time limit for spectating on game servers ? I saw a player called "romainkiller" in spec for quite a long time..any one who can throw some light on it ?

Now in spec continuous since 3 hours.

depends if the server is full/not (but since b3 is kinda bugged it shouldn't matter) and err idk only mods and admins should be protected
