That reminds me of the loyal friends i.e. dogs....jokes apart...but thats where it is...there is a "chakra" i.e. a sort of an energy cell which gets activated. Try keeping ur finger in front of ur nose and concentrate on it. U will feel some irritation on ur forehead. That irritation is nothing but an indication that the energy cell is being activated. It takes years to activate it fully..

Try not moving for a few minutes and see what you're going to feel. You get numb. If you stare at your finger and think of nothing else you brain simply gets numb.
