Hmm there was announcement at Urban Terror forum, this is some kind of new IRC program, with custom theme for chat rooms

With the introduction of ETGiRC, the future of IRC is going to be bright and full of possibilities once more! "A complete evolutionary leap" is the most accurate description as to what ETGiRC is. It's not just another chat client, some small upgrade/change, or some feature added to IRC. It is a complete shift in IRC, in what we see, in how we use it, in what it offers us, and in how we interact and experience it.

ETGiRC is network independent, with multi-network support for up to 5 connections at a time, custom network configurations, advanced window management system, GAMES, Advanced Game Query System will obtain regional server lists and buddy list, and you can design your chat room/channel's appearance.

But the most important feature of ETGiRC is the introduction of customized chat rooms.

Check out the Urban Terror Theme!

crap in my pov ...
you want fancy colors, games and what not? Go to some js/flash powered chat made for 13y/o, IRC has a protocol so old that it could have born his own chats, maybe already have grand-chats. If something last that long it usually has something good, and with IRC it's that it was simple and plain.

...said Uncle who get eye cancer every time someone uses color :D Joking, in fact I totally agree. A read that news some time ago on urt.info and I thought Wow that sounds amazing. Fact is, from their homepage, that application is a themed windows with flash games and "more colors", "mp3 players"... sure a New era for IRC :D
Looks like they used UrT official forum for advertising (thanks to relationship ? Money ?) and I don't like that much. Unless FS really think it's revolutionary...

Yes https://www.etgirc.com/Content.asp?ID=312. You can get the server list from a master server and connect.

Last but not least : "ETGiRC Uses a VBScript as it's primary programming language." -> won't run on linux I guess ;)
