Hi guys (and gals),
I am looking for a flac frontend to decode to MP# or AAC instantly, not to WAV first and then with another program to MP# or AAC later.
Any tips? Freeware would be awesome, but it needs to be a quality program.

those are all lame piece of shit converters made by shit software companies who cranck out as many programs as they can without regard for quality. I need something quality/ hardcore like Handbrake, not some generic shit program.
That's why I asked here; I need some quality advice. I know my way around Google but this is no help when u'r looking for software, better ask someone instead.
And I need it for Windows. I know about Ubuntu, I don't use it though, nor do I want to
