Yep, it still works and should be used where it makes
sense.

I don't know about DSWP's "standard" banning time for
TKs (accidental or on purpose), but personally, I nearly
never kick or ban ppl when they TK accidentally (except
if it gets too often), and I !tb ppl for TKs on purpose for
about 10m to 1h, mood dependent. :-}

I like to let B3 handle it. I warned him once, and wanted to warn him until he is kicked but you can warn only once in fifteen seconds (wtf is that). Wanting to prevent further bloodshed where everybody kills everybody, first thing i used was ban (don't know if kick wouldnt reset his warnings?).
