Shooting through walls looks suspicious at first, but re-watching with r_shownormals 1 reveals that there's no one behind the wall.

At first it looks like there are snaps, but it snaps to where no one is under the crosshair. It's probably just high sensitivity.

I saw nothing that would prove him guilty, even with r_shownormals 1 and timescale 0.05.
