I checked if he's registered and his location on purpose while demoing.
I'm not sure if he's registered here or not never payed attention to it.

However his connection is pretty crappy, ping 100 and a huge packet loss. Definitely not something caused by an AV or an update running in the background, his jitter would be much higher.
If the locator is precise enough then you know where he connected from (according to those things I've seen on other servers with B3 i live in every single town in Croatia).

So i guess all those things are more or less enough to determine if it was really him or not.

There is a Big chance that its just cheater using fake nicks. The Forovex on the forum isnt banned so nothing happened to him (AFAIK).

ICrusher guy was connecting from Portugal, this guy is from Germany. Unless he used a proxy which i doubt.
