Quite obvious if you watch it at 1% speed. Once he shoots, he is locking onto the target and you can see a point aiming. It is not auto-aim, but it is most likely bound to a key, maybe even the fire key. Watch it with "/r_shownormals 1" and see many top-notch "guesses" and an incredible aiming skill that simply does not match his sometimes rather sloppy movements.

hate to say it but i think your right, i always thought he was a good player, now with timescale set to 1% aim seem to snap every time he pulls fire key.

Its the first time ive used timescale to detect cheats, but in this case it was needed. Also i notice a tight aim_fov that makes it even harder..

Im far away an expert on judging demos, but i have compared it with a demo of myself playing, but on the other hand i have not much aiming skillz

(doesnt matter if any of the suspected guys reads it.... i already got a bunch of demos which are on the 2do list for a closer lookup)


its really sucky you gotta use timescale to catch a botter, was way easier all the years before.
i've seen a demo (avi file of it:http://mission-unknown.de/stuff/urt/caught_cheater/solid_final.avi) of a ctf match between "the saints" and "forgotten" recently.... F*Solid was catched, both _-TS-_ and F* are top notch clans, and solid was what could be considered a veteran.................. Sad But True

after i had seen it, and how that guys bot had worked..... adding one to one leads inevitably to two.

pro-5 clan: p5.Z00l i think, pro-5 was in the top 3 in urt iirc, zool was wh-ing... hard to believe, at first, but made sense after some time...

p.s.
u cant make ur demo slower than 10 percent.... timescale 0.1 and 0.01 is like the same (at least on my comp^^)

You'r right he is a cheater.
I also thought he was just a good player with goggles.
But also spect him and yes he is or just very fast with his mouse or he's using cheats.

Sure he's a cheater, his aiming in smoke and crowd perfectly and fast only to opponents was irritating.
