took a look at it...
she / he got a bot, 120% sure... it's easy to tell:
-rapid mouse movent with very aprupt stops
-locking on target
-no blind shots
...

yes it's easy to tell (just like the other guy I reported before) since he/she is moving her mouse a bit too fast and precise, yet sometimes leaving people alive and randomly switching to the next target
