no no i am linuxman i know everything but i was recording lot of demos and there is a black hole in the time with map oildepot where he was cheating...

Check both ~/.q3a/q3ut4/demos (NOT /.q3ut4/demos, I mistook this so many times...) and /your/game/dir/UrbanTerror/q3ut4/demos. Did you (who knows) run the game as root or another user so it ended up in another's home folder?

Offtopic: I was thinking.. the situation is like this:
i have 2 OS, on one I have my Urbanterror folder partition is /dev/sda6 and i can play there Urt normally, then on the second OS i just copied the .q3a folder and i can play there but yes i must mount partition with Urtfolder.. everythings ok but i was thinking how to synchronize my .q3a folder and wondering if its good idea (config)..

hmm apart from the sensivity most options could be the same on both os (in case you let the engine select fs_homepath and fs_basepath)
