This guy is using a wallhack this becomes obvious as he shoots as he goes around the corner, also when he jumps back from an incoming grenade that hasn't entered his sight yet. (although admittedly he could've heard the grenade being cocked but he has a wallhack nonetheless! so probably not!!)

Told ya you'll become lazy as other admins
[dswp] Admin = Lazy Admin * 0.01 * ( time of administrating + number of bans )
it's just matter of time, so when you're admin 50 days and you banned 50 guys you'll be lazy. Further it can be just worse.
