It's not THAT bad.

I've seen a police van (without sirens/lights) speeding in the wrong lane through the red light (that was here on Balkans).

And I did my first drift on the asphalt yesterday (came a bit too fast into a corner:).

Its interesting that even when those people drive like idiots, it's still better than in USA where people don't use breaks....

Yea this is reason i think like 10 years ago, people here used to not use the handbrake.. but that was with old Skoda cars

I have some friends in France who see the same thing

Also when the summer arrives here, we also face the same problem, because of spanish and french drivers (especially the frenchies).
